Update

Just a quick update. I lost my home wi-fi so no randomly made blog posts frequently. I can, however, access the wi-fi at my sister's once (maybe twice) a week so I'll do that until I get some at home.

As for NaNoWriMo, I'm so far behind on it that there's no godly way I can finish 50k by the end of the month. I think I burned myself out trying to push 1,667 words out a day while having like NO motivation to do so. I mean, I got a fanfiction that's at 20k words and that alone took about two months to do.

I'm not scrapping my NaNo novel though. Once it's done, I will offer it for free on Smashwords and Amazon. I'm also thinking about getting one of my favorite Youtubers to read it. I mean, one of the characters is based on him so it's only fair.

NaNo is coming up!

With NaNoWriMo coming up, I've decided to enter it with a humor/satire novel called 'Zombies ate my Kale Salad'. I really like the idea of vegetarian zombies so that's where this little brain child came from.

A while back, I said that I had done some 3D modelling and made the group from Kinder Wasteland. Well, I found out the models couldn't make facial expressions so I had to re-upload them to Mixamo and now they can make faces. Take a look at Gabriel.

In their "preaching" garb and a sour looking face to match. Didn't their mother teach them not to make faces like that or it'll stick?

"Oh, I'm sorry, hun. Were you named after an angel? I didn't think so." The only issue now is that their eyes still don't move. Maybe they do, but I haven't found it yet. I will be posting more of these since drawing them is such a pain right now and this is actually easier.

So it's 2:50 in the morning, I'm "chatting"/overseeing a group chat on Skype when one of my friends mentions making a playlist on 8track. I had been wanting to make one for Kinder Wasteland since I first started writing it so I buckled down and did.

So, after a bit of an issue with Goodreads and some other crap, Kinder Wasteland is now on there for all to see. I'm also in the process of making a quiz for the book. I'll let you guys know when the quiz is up and ready for the public.

The sequel to Kinder Wasteland is now being written!

That's right. I'm currently starting the sequel to Kinder Wasteland right now. No telling the name of it just yet, but it will be longer than the first (and probably better written as well). Here's hoping it sells better than the first.

As you guys may know, I've been dabbling in 3D modelling so I decided to make the protags from KW.

1 of 3 just about done!

Alright. While I was without any internet access, I managed to finish up 8 out of 9 chapters of my first book. As I type this, I'm also working on the final chapter. Just wanted to let you guys know this.

Also, I've been fiddling around with some 3D modelling and made models of the main characters of the book. Once the book is up for sale, I'll release pictures of said models.

One last thing: my husband, M.L. Jones will be making posts here about his own works.

First book of a trilogy in the works

So for my first major book project, I plan on working on a trilogy. I know it seems like a really big thing for a newbie, but I love a challenge.

The first book of the trilogy is being written while the second is in the planning/outline stage.

More info to come as I feel the need to tell you.

Let's start off with a bang

Hello, everyone. Kristyn here and this is the first entry out of many for my books.

I guess the reason why I'm writing is because I used to do so much of it back in high school, writing fanfiction about my straight OTP and lately of my gay/lesbian OTP. I figured that since I can write like this, I should make some money off of it.

I'll keep you guys up-to-date on what's going on and where to buy the books.
